The court reporters are directed, February 28, 2005, to file with the trial court clerk the transcripts (along with diskettes) for the hearings held September 17, 2001, March 13, 2001, April 3, 2001, April 27, 2001 and October 3, 2001, and to further provide corrected transcripts (along with disketts) for the hearing dated May 29, 2001, in said motion (copy attached). The trial court clerk is directed, on or before March 30, 2005, to supplement the record with the above items and with the items listed in paragraph B 1.-6. in appellant's motion and with the items listed in paragarph 5 in appellee's motion (copies attached). The record on appeal filed in this Court on December 8, 2004, is being returned herewith to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, to enable the trial court to correct the volumes as requested in paragraph A 1.-h. in appellant's motion. The copies provided to counsel for the parties and to this Court shall be properly bound, indexed and paginated pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.200(d). The trial court clerk is further directed to return the record on appeal to this Court.
