06/21/2007 DISP-AFFIRMED   For the reasons stated above, we find no merit to most of Franklin's claims of error. In those instances where error did occur, we conclude that the error was harmless beyond a reasonable doubt. Accordingly, we affirm Franklin's conviction of first-degree murder and his sentence of death.
