05/02/2006 ORAL ARGUMENT HELD
03/14/2007 DISP-DENIED   David Cook, a prisoner under sentence of death, has petitioned this Court for a writ of habeas corpus. Cook has alleged that his appellate counsel was ineffective, that omissions in the record precluded a proper direct appeal, and that this Court's harmless error analysis was inadequate. Having found no merit to any of these claims, we hereby deny habeas relief.
