The above case is hereby scheduled for oral argument at 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 7, 2006. Ten minutes are allocated to the Florida Bar and five minutes are allocated for any commenters for oral argument. Counsel are expected to use only as much time as is actually needed.
The proponent of any change and any party filing a comment with The Florida Bar or with this Court is invited to participate in oral argument, provided a proper request for oral argument is filed with this Court on or before May 1, 2006.
The allocation of time shall be agreed upon by the parties and shared by any interested parties who have requested oral argument. The parties shall notify the Clerk of Court no later than May 15, 2006, how the time is to be divided.
To comply with Florida Rule of Judicial Administration 2.130(c)(5), the proposed amendments have been posted to the court's website at http://www.floridasupremecourt.org/clerk/comments/index.shtml.

Pursuant to this Court's order dated April 21, 2006, proper requests for oral argument were to be filed with this Court on or before May 1, 2006. As no requests for oral argument were filed, the parties are advised that this case shall remain scheduled for oral argument on Wednesday, June 7, 2006, with a maximum of ten (10) minutes allocated for the argument.
The Florida Bar is advised that the Court has questions regarding the roles of State Attorneys, and the reporting of all criminal offenses pursuant to the proposal for rule 3-7.2(b) of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar. |
