The above cases are removed from the Thursday, February 9, 2006, oral argument calendar and are no longer consolidated for the purposes of oral argument with Advisory Opinion to the Attorney General Re: Independent Nonpartisan Commission to Apportion Legislative and Congressional Districts Which Replaces Apportionment by Legislature, Case Nos. SC05-1754 and SC05-1895. Case Nos. SC05-1754 and SC05-1895 are still scheduled for oral argument on Thursday, February 9, 2006.
