The above case is hereby scheduled for oral argument at 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 7, 2006. Twenty (20) minutes are allocated for oral argument. Counsel are expected to use only as much time as is actually needed.
The proponent of any change and any party filing a comment with the Committee prior to the filing of the petition or with this Court is invited to participate in oral argument, provided a proper request for oral argument is filed with this Court on or before April 28, 2006.
The allocation of time shall be agreed upon by the parties and shared by any interested parties who have requested oral argument. The parties shall notify the Clerk of Court no later than May 15, 2006, how the time is to be divided.
